Description

Away from the popular beaches, around the small villages, narrow country roads lead through the interior of Mallorca into another world. Try the famous “Gató d'Ametlla” (almond cake) and coffee with almond milk in a typical village bar. During several small stops at the edge of the fields, bordered by the famous dry stone walls, you have the opportunity to look at the delicate flowers up close. Depending on the climate, the almond trees on Mallorca do not bloom at the same time everywhere. From January to April the buds “pop” in different places at different times.
