At the charming finca 'CAN BLAI' Maria & Toni, masters of Mallorcan gastronomy, reveal all the secrets of preparation. In live cooking classes at the finca, they will conjure up a delicious meal or other exquisite Mallorcan specialties together with you. While dinner sizzles with freshly harvested vegetables in the more than 100-year-old wood-burning oven, you have the opportunity to taste exquisite island wines and choose the perfect drop for the dinner together. Did you know that Mallorca is home to over 40 autochthonous grape varieties? These unique grapes are grown exclusively on the island and form the basis for the renowned wines with the protected designation of origin D.O.. Pla i Llevant or D.O. Binissalem. On Can Blai, almost everything is home-made. Try the virgin olive oil Toni extracts in his own press, or taste Maria's 'crazy jam creations' of tomatoes, oranges & chocolate, sobrasada & honey or fiery peppers combined with cheese from a family farm on the neighboring island of Menorca. Of course, a homemade herbal liqueur is not to be missed. Enjoy this unforgettable experience in a small group, accompanied by knowledgeable chefs and sommeliers.
