Originally brought here by the Moors, the trees now flourish in the heart of Mallorca, around Bunyola, Santa Maria, Inca, and Son Servera. The almond blossom marks the end of winter and, for many locals, the secret beginning of spring. You’ll learn how these precious nuts are harvested and transformed into island delicacies — from the famous almond cake Gató to liqueurs and fine oils. Several photo stops along the way invite you to step out and admire the blossoms up close, framed by Mallorca’s iconic dry-stone walls.
