Your tour begins with a comfortable pickup directly from your accommodation (within a defined pickup area). From there, you will travel through the picturesque landscape of the island to the heart of Mallorca's wine country. Once you arrive at the winery, you will be treated to an exclusive guided tour of the premises. A local expert will guide you through the production rooms and wine cellar, giving you fascinating insights into the centuries-old history of winegrowing in Mallorca – from its roots in Roman times to the island's modern wine culture. Afterwards, enjoy the atmospheric highlight of the evening: a guided tasting of four selected wines – a fresh white wine, an elegant rosé and two characterful red wines – all made from regional grape varieties that reflect the island's terroir. These are accompanied by finely matched cold Mallorcan specialities – from spicy cheese and Iberian cured meats to delicious bread with olive oil and flor de sal – perfect for accompanying the aromas of the wines.
