What are we going to do together? Welcome: Discover the origins of this project as you delve into the history of our finca and our passion for olive oil. Introduction to olive oil tasting: Learn how to differentiate an extra virgin olive oil from other oils and learn how to taste it. Tasting of a tapas menu, elaborated by our chef. The menu comprises various tapas inspired by Mallorcan cuisine and the Mediterranean diet, with a modern and personal touch from our chef.
