Proper name Garito Café, but usually called El Garito, this is one of the trendiest spots in Palma de Mallorca, and is very popular with both locals and visitors. During the week it's a great place to meet to relax and chat, and to have a light snack, while at the weekends top name DJ's do their stuff.
El Garito is decorated in a retro style, with much of the character that made it a favourite for artists and writers 30 or 40 years ago. The terrace overlooking the Can Barbara small boat harbour is a great meeting place, while inside there are two floors with bars, comfortable furniture, and a small dance floor.
