Afternoon flights in summer are often challenging due to weather conditions. If an afternoon flight is canceled, a morning flight will be arranged with additional benefits such as a buffet breakfast or an upgraded PREMIUM flight option. If the morning flight is also canceled, a full refund will be issued.

- Passengers over 110kg must book one adult and one child ticket.
- Passengers over 120kg are not permitted to fly.

- Balloon cabin temperature is typically 10ºC warmer than on the ground during flight.
- Hotel pick-up is available for morning flights at an additional cost.
