Day 1: Barcelona – Montserrat – Girona
Begin at Montserrat mountain range with a guided visit to the Benedictine monastery, the Black Madonna, the basilica, cloister, and main square. Enjoy views of the unique needle-shaped peaks and the monastery’s spiritual atmosphere.
Continue to Girona, a medieval city featuring Roman walls, a Gothic cathedral, and the historic Jewish quarter. Take a guided walking tour covering the Jewish Quarter, cathedral, Eiffel bridge, and city walls.
Stay overnight in a carefully selected boutique hotel located in the Old Town. In the evening, explore Girona’s streets, relax at Plaça de la Independència, or dine on Catalan cuisine.
Day 2: Girona – Tossa de Mar – Barcelona
After breakfast, enjoy a morning at leisure in Girona. Visit the Jewish History Museum, browse artisan shops, or enjoy a vermut in a local square. Have lunch at a restaurant offering traditional Catalan dishes.
In the afternoon, travel to the Costa Brava coast and visit Tossa de Mar. Walk the medieval castle walls overlooking the bay, swim in turquoise coves, explore boutiques, or relax on Platja Gran beach. Return to Barcelona in the evening.
