Located in a private apartment in Palma’s historic district, this experience offers an urban and intimate introduction to extra-virgin olive oil. Participants will follow a two-phase sensory journey designed to educate and delight at a relaxed pace.
The first tasting traces the Arbequina variety across the Mediterranean, highlighting how terroir, climate, and tradition influence its aroma and flavor profiles. The second tasting focuses on Mallorca’s native olive oil varieties, paired with seasonal, organic local foods selected to complement each oil.
Between tastings, local wines refresh the palate and reflect Majorcan culinary culture. The group is limited to six participants to ensure a calm atmosphere and individualized guidance. Tasting materials including glasses and cards aid in identifying aromas, textures, and nuances.
