Description
Enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience with our chef, Aina Aulí, at her private estate, S'Hort de Son Tries. Located in the charming village of Esporles, the estate is nestled within the Serra de Tramuntana Nature Reserve.
We will meet at Aina’s farm to begin a circular hike designed to work up an appetite. Along the way, you will discover the village’s surroundings and its historic link to water management through the '3 Fountains Route.' This is a low-difficulty walk (4 km, approximately 2 hours) that winds through holm oak forests, offering panoramic views of the Esporles valley. The itinerary is specially designed to highlight the area’s hydraulic heritage and the historical importance of water in our lives.
Upon returning to the spectacular setting of the Son Tries terrace, we will serve an appetizer of savory Mallorcan pastries, allioli, traditional brown bread, and olives. Next, we will savor a gourmet signature dish: a seafood paella cooked over a wood fire, prepared with lime allioli and paired with local island wine. To finish, you’ll enjoy a traditional artisan Mallorcan gourmet dessert, crafted by the chef.
A fully personalized, gastronomic and cultural experience. A sit-down lunch around a shared table to discover the secrets of Mallorcan gastronomic culture firsthand from your host, Chef Aina Aulí.
