The Drach Caves consist of four caves formed between 11 and 5.3 million years ago, featuring stalagmites, stalactites, and natural aquifers. These caves, shaped by rainwater filtering through limestone, create a unique subterranean landscape.

Martel Lake, within the caves, is considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world, measuring 170 meters in length. A classical music concert is performed here, providing a distinctive atmosphere with a temperature that remains constant around 21°C.

The caves have been documented since the 14th century, with significant discoveries made in the 19th century. The nearby pearl factory offers insight into the production of organic artificial pearls, a Mallorcan tradition with more than a century of history.
