Description
Experience the flavors of Mallorca by sampling selected local wines made from various grape varieties, paired with artisan cheeses from local farmers using goat, cow, and red sheep milk. Ecological products such as pâté, jam, and olive oil are also featured.
Your tasting journey begins with an elegant white wine, limited to 900 bottles, served alongside artisan goat cheese from Pollensa. Next, try a white wine produced from red grapes paired with a local cow’s milk cheese. The experience concludes with a rare red wine, paired with a goat cheese flavored with carob.
Throughout the tasting, you will also sample pâtés, jams, and extra virgin olive oil, all produced on Mallorca. Gain insight into the stories behind each wine and product you taste.
