Experience the flavors of authentic Mallorca, Spain. Enjoy selected local wines made from a variety of different grapes alongside cheeses made by local farmers from goats, cows, and red sheep (oveja roja). Plus, try other ecological products like pate, jam, and oil. Enjoy an elegant white wine, for which only 900 bottles are produced, accompanied by an artisan goat cheese from Pollensa. Then, try a white wine (de noirs) made from red grapes accompanied by a local cow’s milk cheese. Later, finish off your wine tasting with a red wine that almost disappeared from production. Pair your red wine with a different kind of goat cheese with carob. You will also have the opportunity to taste pates, jams, and extra olive oil, all made in Mallorca. Leave your experience with a newfound knowledge of the stories behind each of the wines and products you taste.
