Description
Meet at the dive center in Bonaire harbor for a personalized diving experience away from large groups. You may bring your own equipment or rent from the center.
We sail on a 225 HP dive boat (not inflatable) to one of 33 dive sites between Bay of Pollença and Cap de Formentor. The front covered area offers shaded seating with clear views during the boat ride.
Prior to diving, guides provide a detailed briefing. Gear up comfortably at the rear of the boat, enter the water from the platform, and dive in small groups of 4 to 5 divers. Maximum depth varies by qualification.
The underwater landscape features cliffs, caves, and grottoes with seasonal sightings of groupers, amberjacks, moray eels, octopuses, and schools of fish. Each supervised dive lasts approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Return to the boat using the dive ladder.
After diving, rinse your gear, shower, and log your dive while relaxing in the chill-out area. For two-dive options, enjoy a surface break with water and biscuits between dives, which take place at different sites.
Recommended Dive Sites by Guides
- Sven: 'Cova Grossa' and 'God’s Lamp' for unique lighting; 'Punta Negra' to spot barracuda schools.
- Sofija: 'Cala Murta' with diverse marine life, barracudas, rays, and large archway habitats for scorpionfish and nudibranchs.
- Orlando: 'Cueva de Jeronimo,' a large cave with remarkable reflective effects.
