This is not a standard wine tasting but a sensory journey designed to help you discover your personal preferences among Mallorca’s limited-production wines. The Wine Curious team focuses on emotional connections through wine rather than just technical knowledge.
The tasting includes indigenous grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet, Giró Negre, Gorgollasa, and Escursac, paired thoughtfully with local cheeses like Mahón and Queso Mallorquín. Each pairing aims to evoke particular moods, from celebration to reflection, creating a deeper appreciation of the wine’s story and terroir.
