No guarantees: Our crew will make every effort to find them, but sightings cannot be guaranteed on 100% of trips.
Reservation policy: As this is a condition beyond the company's control, the service is considered to have been provided and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered if no dolphins are seen.
Punctuality: There is a maximum grace period of 10 minutes for arrival; after this time, the boat will set sail without exception.
