Start your day by the sea with mindful movement, breath, and presence
Join me twice a week by the sea, each class offering a slightly different experience:
– Wednesdays: Vinyasa Flow (dynamic & energizing)
– Fridays: Yin Yoga (slow & grounding)
We begin each session with a gentle moment to arrive, checking in with body, mind, and breath.
On Wednesdays, we flow through soft, energizing sequences that build warmth and invite playful movement. Expect a light, dynamic practice with options for all levels, clear guidance, and maybe even a well-placed joke or two.
On Fridays, we slow things down with a Yin practice, holding postures for longer to allow the body to release and the mind to settle. A quiet, introspective class to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
Both classes are open to all levels, with variations offered so you can move in a way that feels good for you. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected — just in different ways depending on the day.
Mats are provided upon request. Classes are in English/German.
Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!
