Description

Start with a journey on the historic 'Red Lightning' railway from Palma to Sóller, passing fields of orange groves, almonds, and scenic tunnels over approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival in Sóller, explore the town including its Modernist architecture and sample orange crème ice cream at the 'Fet-a-Sóller' cooperative.

You can optionally take the 25-minute tram ride from Sóller to Port de Sóller along the harbour promenade, overlooking olive and lemon groves and the marina (10€ per person, payable on the day).

Enjoy a tapas lunch at a local restaurant in Port de Sóller, then board a comfortable minibus (max 8 passengers) to travel along the panoramic coastal road through the Tramuntana Mountains. Visit Deía, where you can explore at your own pace and visit the hilltop church and cemetery.

Continue to Valldemossa to visit the Josep Coll Bardolet museum and the Carthusian cloister associated with Chopin. Enjoy free time to wander the village surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with orange and lemon trees.

The round trip includes approximately 1.45 hours on the historic train and tram, plus around 1.35 hours traveling by minibus through mountain landscapes.
