Gin has become increasingly popular as a versatile spirit for cocktails. At Gin Eva, they have been distilling gin for over 10 years. Their craft reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle, inviting you to spend an afternoon with friends in a relaxed setting overlooking the distillery.
During the guided tasting, you will sample five gins while learning about the distillery’s origins, processes, and future innovations. The experience finishes with a surprise cocktail made from their distilled spirits, alongside practical tips for making cocktails at home using simple tools.
After the tasting, you can enjoy a gin and tonic on the terrace of the tasting room if you wish to stay longer.
