The atmosphere is intimate, stylish, and clearly different from the typical tourist venues. Introduction: Our team gives a short, clear introduction to Mallorcan wines: regions, grape varieties, and what makes local production unique. Tasting: At a carefully prepared table, the tasting begins with selected wines from Mallorca’s top regions. Each wine is explained concisely: production, aromas, and ideal pairings. You are guided step-by-step through the sensory process, with practical tips on professional tasting. Tapas Pairing: With each wine, our private chef serves freshly prepared Mallorcan tapas. From sobrasada to aioli with crusty bread and Padrón peppers, every dish is paired to match the wine. The standard set includes a Pan amb Oli variation plate for each guest; for private groups of 4–10, this dish becomes the main tasting element. Art & Culture: Between tastings, you can view selected works from the Kinsky Family Art Collection. Karl Kinsky shares background stories and context, creating a direct link between wine, place, and contemporary art.
