Els Calderers de Sant Joan

The mansion and estate of Els Calderers offers a snapshot of the old Mallorca. The finca is located at the foot of the Hermitage de Bonany, near Sant Joan. The history of the estate can be traced back to 1285 and the present mansion was built in about 1750, with continuous expansion into the early 19th century.

You can visit the whole estate including the main house, workshops, smithy, bakery and laundry as well as the various animal facilities where indigenous animals, including the famous black pigs, are kept.

Traditional furnishings and equipment abound on Els Calderers, and specialities produced on the estate according to Mallorcan tradition, are offered for sale to visitors.

The estate also offers conference and banqueting facilities for business meetings, or for that very special occasion.
