Description
You will start the experience by understanding the introduction and safety measurements for the usage of the SUP Board. After 5 minutes paddling on the knees you will slowly get comfortable and balanced on the boards. Once we have reached our SUP yoga spot, you will warm up your body with gentle movements and start the practice mainly with seated and lying down postures. Once everyone feels safe on the paddle boards, you can try to balance yourself in standing asanas too. We close down the class with a short floating meditation, where you can completely relax your body and mind, meanwhile you will listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature.Includes
