Well worth a visit, the Alfàbia estate dates back to the times of the Moorish occupation and today's gardens owe much to the ingenious landscaping and water management techniques of those early occupants.
Located near the entrance to the Soller tunnel, just a few kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, the buildings and gardens are a fascinating time capsule of the various occupants over the past 10 centuries or so.
