Pollença is a lovely old town in the north of Mallorca. Nestling amongst a group of low hills a few miles inland, the town was established here as a defence against marauding pirates. Successful battles are re-enacted in the square during the town festival between 26th July and 2nd August - this is huge fun but the noise may cause some disturbance for guests!
Originally named the Cosmopolita, the Hotel Juma was built in 1907 and the old building, now completely restored and equipped with modern comforts, continues to adorn Pollença's main square. Ideal for couples touring the island or seeking a quiet base full of local character within easy reach of beaches and other attractions.
