Description

Take a restorative pause with a grounding sound journey designed to relax your body and support your overall well-being. The session will begin with a short grounding moment to notice the breath and body, followed by gentle movement (shaking, free stretching movements). This is to help you land in the moment and to prepare the body to find stillness. You’ll then be guided through a meditation to help your body and nervous system settle before the sound bath begins. The sound bath features a carefully composed soundscape using handmade Tibetansinging bowls, a gong, wind chimes, and other acoustic instruments. These therapeutic tones guide the brain into a meditative state and support nervous system regulation, helping to reduce stress and find an energetic balance; similar to the effects of restorative or yin yoga. Held in an intimate setting with soft candlelight, this session invites you to slow down, reconnect, and allow your body and mind to release tension. No previous experience is needed. Just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind — we’re all a work in progress, and sometimes the deepest shifts happen in stillness.
